We use your information to contact you about job opportunities, conduct driver screenings, share your application with trucking company clients where you may be placed, and communicate with you via phone calls and SMS.

SMS Communication

By providing your phone number through a job application or job board listing, you consent to receive SMS messages from DriverSphere regarding job opportunities and application status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Data Sharing

We share your information only with trucking companies for the purpose of evaluating your application. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill recruiting services or as required by law.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during the application process. Providing false credentials or employment history may result in immediate disqualification.

Limitation of Liability

DriverSphere acts solely as a recruiting intermediary and is not responsible for hiring decisions made by trucking company clients. We do not guarantee employment placement.
